All BECMATICS are furnished with one outlet. Up to 3 additional outlets are available on models 550, 600, 602 and 652 to feed 4 separate assembly stations at a cost of $400 per additional outlet. Each outlet can deliver up to 300 springs per minute depending upon the number of outlets, spring style and spring size

Maximum spring size ranges from. 040" to .625" diameter and up to 1 1/2" long depending on model.

Feed outlets are tooled at the factory for each spring and the BECMATIC is production tested and shipped for immediate use. Feed hoses are furnished and feeding generally does not exceed 3 feet. Most BECMATICS can be retooled for a different spring size by consulting the factory.
